Lottotech is regulated by the Gambling Regulatory Authority (“GRA”) under the Gambling Regulatory authority Act 2007. The role of the regulator is clearly defined in law and protects all Mauritians. The GRA oversees the retailer selection process ensuring that all retailers have the appropriate credentials and are fit and proper. The GRA approves the integrity of all our games, conducts regular audits and oversees the weekly Loto draw.

The Company, qualifying as a Public Interest Entity (“PIE”), complies with the recommendations of the Code of Corporate Governance for Mauritius (the “Code”) and the governance guidelines and processes established by Gamma-Civic Ltd for good corporate governance.
The Company is fully committed to true and fair financial disclosure for its shareholders and all stakeholders at large. Furthermore, the Company abides by the legal requirements of the Companies Act 2001 and the Financial Reporting Act 2004.
