Lottotech – LotoVert Valentines 2023 Contest
Rules and Regulations
Lottotech is organizing a contest on our social media platforms (Facebook and TikTok) whereby participants will need to predict the seven (7) numbers from the Loto Vert Draw scheduled on 17th February 2023.
The winner from each social media platform will win the below vouchers, provided he/she matches the game criteria as described herewith.
- Facebook contest – a Hotel Stay for 2 persons for one night on a full board basis (Value up to a limit of Rs 16,000)
- TikTok contest – Prana Health Care voucher for 2 persons (Value up to a limit of Rs 8,000)
The promoter is Lottotech whose registered office is Silver Bank Tower, 18 Cybercity, Ebene.
How to play?
A Facebook and TikTok post will be published with all information on how to participate in the contest.
-Participants must like the post.
-Participants will have to predict the outcome of the Loto Vert Draw results(7 numbers) scheduled for 17th February 2023 and send the predictions via comment on the post.
-Only one prediction will be allowed/accepted per participant on each social media platform.
Contest conditions:
- The contest is open to adult citizens of Mauritius, except for Lottotech employees and any person / organization / supplier collaborating with Lottotech Ltd.
- There is no entry fee to enter this contest.
- By entering this contest an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the contest, including giving your consent to Lottotech Ltd to: –
- disclose your personal data to its clusters (whether within or outside Mauritius) and other parties which intervene in the business relationship,
- subcontractors, suppliers, or agents on the understanding that they will keep your personal data Confidential.
- any person who may assume or acquire our rights; or
- where required by law or regulation.

- The promoter’s [Lottotech] decision in respect of all matters to do with this contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered thereinto.
Competition:
- The contest will take place as from Saturday 11th February 2023, once the post is uploaded and ‘Live’.
- Closing date for entry will be Friday 17th February 2023 at 18:30pm. After this date and time, no further entries will be permitted.
- Lottotech Ltd has the right not to grant a prize and its decision is final with no appeal.
- Only one entry will be accepted per participant. Multiple entries from the same participant on either Facebook or TikTok will lead to disqualification.
Cancellation:
- Lottotech reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel this contest without notice, if the circumstances so require. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for this fact. No compensation can be requested by the participants.
Winner determination:
- Participant must have like the post.
- The participant who has predicted the seven (7) drawn numbers as per the official draw results on 17th February 2023, will be declared the winner of the contest. In case of a tie, the ‘time-factor’ for participation shall be considered. The one who posted first will have an upper hand.
- In the event that there is no winner for the seven (7) drawn numbers, the participant who has predicted six (6) drawn numbers from the official draw results on 17th February 2023, will be declared the winner of the contest. The same rule applies as above in case of a tie.
- In case there is no winner for the six (6) drawn numbers, the same rule applies as above until a winner is declared.
Prizes:
- The Winner from each social media will receive the following prizes:
- Facebook contest – a Hotel Stay for 2 persons for one night on a full board basis( Value up to a limit of Rs 16,000)
- TikTok contest – Prana Health Care voucher for 2 persons (Value up to a limit of Rs 8,000)
- No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with equivalent value without giving notice.
- The winner(s) shall be informed via e-mail and mobile notificationand/or private Facebook/TikTok message within 30 days after closure of the contest. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 30 days following closure date, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter [Lottotech] will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
Online publications:
- The winner authorizes the promoter [Lottotech/LotoVert] to reproduce and represent on LotoVert Facebook/TikTok page, his/her first and last names which they agree as part of his/her participation.
- The winner’s name will be available 60 days after the closing date on Loto Vert Facebook/TikTok page.
