Loto Vert – “Giveaway Tickets” Contest Rules and Regulations
Loto Vert is organizing an exciting online contest titled “Giveaway Tickets” to increase brand visibility, grow our online community, and encourage participation in our games.
1. Contest Period
This contest will run from Monday, 28th July 2025 to Monday, 11th August 2025, closing at 11:59 PM (Mauritius Time).
2. How to Participate ?
To be eligible, participants must:
1. Follow the official Loto Vert Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/lotovert_officiel/
2. Tag as many friends as possible in the comment section of the official contest post.
3. Encourage the tagged friends also to follow the Loto Vert Instagram page.
The TWO participants successfully tagging the most friends who, as a result of this become new followers of our Instagram page, will each win 4 entry tickets to Odysseo Oceanarium Mauritius
3. Eligibility
The contest is open to residents of Mauritius and Rodrigues aged 18 years and older.
No entry fee is required to participate.
Employees of Lottotech Ltd and its affiliated digital marketing partners are not eligible to participate or claim a prize.
4. Winner Selection
Only TWO(2) winners will be selected based on the highest number of valid friend tags resulting in bringing new followers to the Loto Vert Instagram page.
The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message.
If a selected winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within one month from the date of closure of the contest, Lottotech reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant, or keep the prize as ‘unclaimed’
5. Prize Details
Each winner will receive:
4 entry tickets to Odysseo Oceanarium Mauritius.
If the park, venue, or scheduled activity becomes indefinitely unavailable to the public (e.g., due to closure or unforeseen circumstances), Lottotech will NOT be held responsible or accountable for the awarded prize and will NOT substitute in any kind or cash, the ticket prize.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other alternatives.
6. Consent and Data Use
By entering this contest, each participant agrees to:

Allow Lottotech Ltd to collect and use their personal data for purposes of contest administration and promotional communication, including:
o Disclosure to internal departments or third-party service providers (whether within or outside Mauritius) under strict confidentiality.
o Sharing with legal or regulatory authorities where required.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lottotech Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party in connection with this contest.
The decision of Lottotech Ltd regarding any aspect of the contest, including the selection of winners, shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Cancellation or Modification
Lottotech reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice, if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances. No compensation or claims shall be entertained under such circumstances.
9. MARKETING
The winners authorise Lottotech Ltd to publish their first name and surname on Lottotech’s digital platforms (including Loto Vert and Lottotech Facebook and Instagram pages) as part of the winner announcement.
10. Tagging Policy
The first comment tagging new names or individuals will be considered as

Tagging more than three people who previous participants have already tagged will render the entry ineligible for the contest.
