Business Development & Growth Manager
The incumbent will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing Lottotech business growth strategy and also ensure that the business growth activities are aligned to corporate objectives.
The job incumbent will also be accountable to create and execute marketing strategies that will drive revenue and supporting the strategic positioning of the company. The incumbent will report to the Managing Director and the main duties will be:
Key Role / Responsibilities:
Develop and support the implementation of business development/growth activities including other marketing activities;
Generate growth by networking and follow up with identified partners;
Identify new strategic business opportunities and make recommendations to Management;
Create opportunities to meet with existing and new partners;
Build a strategic marketing plan;
Actively contribute to company marketing initiatives, identify new opportunities, ensure marketing is delivered and is on track and highlighting where areas of development are needed;
Work closely with different stakeholders to create marketing tools the sales team may need including communication materials;
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators;
Maintain and nurture business relationships with existing partners;
Prepare regular management report detailing new business and other opportunities to promote product & services in markets.
Profile:
Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration;
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing / business development;
Have knowledge of regulations governing Gaming/Gambling Industry
Ability to produce insightful reports and disseminate key information to support decision making;

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
The main purpose of the role is to perform the day-to-day activities relating to the operation of the on-line lottery games, in the data centre; work typically involves routine use of checklists and established procedures for Lottery Systems monitoring.
The incumbent will report to the Operations Team Lead and the main duties will be:
Key Role / Responsibilities:
To maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software and hardware
To be responsible for the implementation of appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedure
To nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking to maximise uptime
To be responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
To generate reports and assist in verifying the validity and clarity of system generated reports
To troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
To perform any other tasks assigned
To liaise with third party vendors
Profile:
Degree or Advanced Diploma in any Information Technology field
Certifications in Linux, networking, Microsoft, Cloud, AWS and other IT infrastructure would be an advantage
Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, Cloud computing or equivalent
3-5 years of infrastructure management, network administration, or system administration experience
Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
Ability to work on a shift system and available outside working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly if need be
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Fluent in English and French
